Your EMS Induction
A friendly, 30-minute introduction to EMS. Feel the suit, learn the basics, and leave with a personal plan.
Why start with an induction?
EMS feels different — in a good way. This short, coach-led session lets you try the suit safely, understand the sensations, and see how we tailor intensity to your comfort and your goals.
Safe & supported
One-to-one guidance the whole time; we adjust intensity gradually.
Clear & simple
We explain what you’ll feel, what EMS does, and how results happen.
Personal & practical
We shape a plan for your lifestyle — time-smart, realistic, motivating.
What happens in 30 minutes
-
Hello & health check
We chat about goals and screen for safety (e.g., pacemakers, recent acute issues). This helps us set the right plan.
-
Guided EMS trial session — optional £25 upgrade
During your consultation, we’ll talk through EMS, and discuss how the technology activates your muscles safely and effectively. For those who want a “real session” feel, there’s an optional extended £25 trial — a longer, more immersive workout designed to help you decide whether EMS training and our memberships are the right fit for you.
The tester session runs more like a standard EMS workout and gives you a real taste of what our ongoing memberships feel like — but at a lower first-time rate and with no obligation to sign up.
-
Review & plan
We summarise what you felt, answer questions, and map next steps — from pay-as-you-go options to memberships designed around your week. Many people use the tester session to decide whether to commit to a regular EMS routine, but you’re always free to take your time.
The induction consultation is free. The £25 trial is an optional, extended consultation with a trial EMS workout offered at a reduced rate, so you can experience what a full session and membership-style training really feel like before committing.
What to bring & how to prepare
- Clothing: Comfortable, flexible outfit; flat trainers are ideal.
- Food: A light snack 1–2 hours beforehand helps energy.
- Hydration: Drink water before and after (EMS performance benefits from good hydration).
- Arrive: 5 minutes early for a smooth check-in.
If you have a pacemaker or recent acute medical issues, please contact us before booking.
Induction FAQs
Is the induction really free?
Yes. Your consultation, health check, and initial EMS demo during the induction are completely free. During that time you can decide whether to keep things simple, or upgrade into a discounted £25 trial session that feels more like a full EMS workout. The upgrade is optional and there’s no pressure to continue if you’re not ready.
What is the £25 tester / trial session?
It’s an extended EMS training block built into your induction. Instead of just a brief “talk” about EMS, you’ll experience a more structured workout — similar to our regular EMS Training sessions — but at a reduced first-time rate. It’s a great way to feel the difference between a quick demo and what ongoing membership sessions are like, before you decide how you’d like to continue.
How does EMS feel?
Like a firm, rhythmic squeeze or pulse in the muscles. We tune intensity so it’s strong but comfortable, and we adjust anytime you need. You should always feel in control and able to talk throughout.
Who is it for?
Adults of many ages and abilities. It’s joint-friendly and ideal for busy schedules. We’ll screen for any contraindications first to make sure EMS is appropriate for you.
What happens after the induction?
After your induction (and optional trial session), most people choose weekly EMS Training, progress into Functional EMS, add a Body Analysis every 4–8 weeks, or move into a membership that locks in regular results. The induction and £25 trial are there to help you feel confident about whichever path you choose.
Ready to feel the difference?
