Terms & Conditions

Simple, transparent terms for booking sessions, memberships, and using our services.

1. General information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by NDU Studios, including EMS training, wellness coaching, body analysis, and aesthetic sessions. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

  • All sessions are booked through our online scheduler or directly with the studio team.
  • Sessions are subject to availability and may be rescheduled by NDU Studios if necessary (e.g. trainer illness or maintenance).
  • Each booking is for one named individual unless a Duo or group session is specified.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or deducted from your membership allowance.
  • Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited booking access.
  • If you are unwell, please contact the studio as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

4. Memberships

  • Memberships renew monthly unless cancelled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
  • Flex memberships include flexible rescheduling options; other plans may have limited reschedule slots.
  • Membership prices include VAT and may vary slightly by studio location.
  • If payments fail or remain outstanding, bookings may be suspended until resolved.

5. Session safety

  • Clients must complete a health screening before any EMS or wellness session.
  • It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions (e.g. pacemakers, implants, pregnancy, recent injuries).
  • NDU Studios reserves the right to decline or modify sessions if they may pose a health risk.
  • Undisclosed conditions also affect eligibility under the 12G Programme guarantee (see Section 6).

6. The 12G Programme

The 12G Programme is a fixed-term package for new clients, comprising 12 weekly coached EMS sessions and two TANITA body composition scans, for a total price of £799 (see ndustudios.co.uk/12g for current pricing). It is billed as 3 fixed monthly payments of £266.33 across the 12 weeks, not a single upfront payment, and does not roll over into an ongoing subscription.

Monthly payments are collected in advance, with the first payment due at sign-up covering your first month. If a scheduled monthly payment is missed, the 12G Programme is cancelled and any remaining sessions do not take place.

Clients who complete the 12G Programme in full, including attending all scheduled sessions and following coaching guidance, are guaranteed a measurable improvement in body composition (tracked via TANITA scan at the start and end of the 12 weeks). If this is not achieved, NDU Studios will continue coaching sessions at no extra cost until it is.

The 12G Programme guarantee does not apply where:

  • A client does not disclose relevant pre-existing medical conditions or contraindications (e.g. pacemakers, implants, pregnancy, recent injuries or surgery) at induction.
  • A client does not complete the programme as prescribed, including missed or rescheduled sessions outside the agreed protocol.
  • Results are affected by factors outside the guided protocol (e.g. diet, lifestyle, or medical changes not disclosed to your coach).

The guarantee applies only to the 12G Programme itself and does not extend to any membership taken up afterwards. Full eligibility is confirmed with your coach at induction.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds for unused sessions or memberships may be granted at management discretion.
  • Where a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 14 working days.
  • The 12G Programme guarantee (see Section 6) is remedied through extended coaching, not a refund.

8. Studio etiquette

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
  • Phones should be silenced during sessions to maintain focus.
  • We operate a respectful, inclusive environment for all clients and staff.

9. Liability

While EMS is safe for most individuals, participation is at your own risk. NDU Studios and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries arising from failure to follow provided instructions or undisclosed health conditions.

10. Updates

NDU Studios may revise these terms at any time to reflect service changes, legal updates, or studio policies. The latest version will always be available at ndustudios.co.uk/terms.
