3. How we use your information
We use your information to:

- Communicate updates, reminders, or changes to your appointments.
- Tailor EMS and wellness services safely and effectively.
- Send optional updates, offers, or health tips (only if you opt in).
4. How we protect your data
We use secure systems, encrypted connections, and trusted third-party tools to manage your information. Access to your data is restricted to trained staff only.
5. Third-party services
We use Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace Scheduling) for appointments and payment processing partners (e.g. Stripe or GoCardless) for transactions. Each has its own privacy policy and complies with GDPR and UK data protection laws.
6. Data retention
We keep necessary records for as long as you’re a client or member, and as required by law (e.g. tax or health regulations). You can request deletion of personal data at any time, except where retention is legally required.
