Is EMS safe?
EMS has been used for decades in physiotherapy and sports performance. We screen all clients for contraindications and adjust intensity carefully, so sessions stay within safe and comfortable limits.
Two time-efficient ways to build strength, support posture, and feel more confident in your body.
If you’re short on time, not a fan of busy gyms, or dealing with aches and niggles, EMS can be a smart way to train. Sessions are short, fully guided, and tailored to your comfort level.
We use medical-grade Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) suits to activate multiple muscle groups at once. That means more work in less time — while still staying joint-friendly and low impact.
EMS Training focuses on full-body muscle activation in a short, structured session. Think of it as strength training and core work in one, without heavy weights or high-impact moves.
Your coach will guide you through simple movements while the EMS suit stimulates major muscle groups. Intensity is personalised — you stay in control of how things feel throughout.
New to EMS? You can always start with a Free EMS Induction to experience the suit before choosing a membership.
Functional EMS builds on the EMS basics by adding more complex movement patterns — squats, lunges, pushes, pulls — to help you feel stronger and more stable in day-to-day life.
Rather than just standing still, you’ll move through controlled exercises that train balance, coordination, and mobility while EMS adds an extra layer of muscle activation.
Not sure where to start? Your coach will recommend the right option based on your goals, experience, and any injuries or limitations.
For most clients, one EMS session per week is enough to see and feel changes, especially when combined with everyday activity (steps, light cardio, or hobbies).
If you’re working towards a specific milestone — a holiday, event, or recovery goal — we may suggest pairing EMS with Body Sculpting & Pressotherapy or a focused membership plan.

Most people describe EMS as a strong but manageable “buzz” or “pulse” in the muscles. You should be able to talk and move throughout — it should never feel painful.
We’ll provide everything you need for the EMS suit. Light clothing and a water bottle are enough; we’ll talk you through the rest at your first visit.
Start with a friendly EMS Induction, ask questions, and feel the suit in a relaxed, 1-to-1 environment.
